With Kennedy turning 5 and still terrified of the water,
we thought it was high time she learned how to swim.

We tried 6 weeks of lessons last summer with very little progress.
So for the past 4 months she has been taking swim lessons.
Serious swim lessons at Gold Medal Swim School.
I've hauled all three kids over there, 3-4 times a week so she could learn.
It was a pain but in the end so worth it!
The first two weeks were rough. Really rough.
She would scream and cry through most of the lessons.
Once she overcame her fear of the water though, she really took off.
She moved up to the Seahorse class and now she 's a pro!
We are so proud of her.
It's fun to see her so pleased with herself.
Summer can't come soon enough!

yes, it is totally time for Ryann to learn to swim too! Oh man oh man. KJ sure looks proud of herself. so awesome
I cant wait to swim with her and the others. You know it is almost here.
